Return and Refund Policy

Our products, although they are part of a catalog, are manufactured by hand and on demand. Color is given at the request of the client who chooses the finish within our range of colors.


Our products have a five-year warranty. The only part that is not covered by the warranty is the toilet brushes. The warranty does not cover misuse of any item. In order to access the warranty, the purchase invoice is necessary. The warranty does not cover shipping or return costs of the item.

Satisfaction or return

If the customer is not satisfied with their product, the maximum period to request a return is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
In this case, shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Before making said return, the customer must contact our sales department within the indicated period by email to , telephone 956 312 468 where we will tell you how to proceed with the return. No refund will be made that has not been previously communicated.

In order to accept a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as retain all its accessories and original documentation. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.

The amount will not be refunded or any merchandise reshipped until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified.

Defective product of origin or transport breakage:

Once  the defective product is received, another one will be sent to you. In this case the change will always be made for the same article or reference. There is no shipping or return cost, the factory will be responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the return and new shipping costs will not be assumed.


In case of defective delivery by the transport agency. Note on the agency's delivery note and communicate the incident (breakage, product defect, etc.) immediately (24 hours) to the factory.

Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order:

The factory will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

If it is a gift: It can be exchanged if the product has not been opened and is in perfect condition. The purchase amount will never be refunded, but an exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher amount. Shipping costs, and the price difference if any, will be borne by the person making the change.
